Acceptance and scope

By using KotKit, you agree to these terms and to any additional product-specific rules that apply to worker participation, brand campaigns, referrals, or token-linked features.

Accounts and access

  • You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a platform-side fault.
  • KotKit may suspend or restrict access if fraud, abuse, legal exposure, or security risk is detected.

Allowed use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity, deceptive behavior, spam, or content that violates third-party platform rules.
  • Do not try to bypass moderation, abuse reward systems, or manipulate referral or contest mechanics.

Payments, balances, and rewards

Some product surfaces involve campaign balances, worker rewards, token balances, or production charges. These flows are governed by the live product logic, moderation state, and any additional specific terms that apply.

Intellectual property

  • KotKit retains rights to the product, branding, software, and service infrastructure.
  • You retain or control rights to the content and materials you lawfully upload, subject to the operational permissions needed to run the service.

Disclaimers and liability

  • The service is provided on an as-available basis, and no uninterrupted access, revenue outcome, or platform stability is guaranteed.
  • KotKit is not liable for third-party platform actions, token market volatility, or user mistakes in device, account, or campaign handling beyond what the law requires.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. KotKit may suspend, limit, or terminate access when policy, fraud, legal, or security issues require it.
