Scope

This policy covers the KotKit website, dashboard, Android app, worker-side flows, brand-side flows, and related support, analytics, and infrastructure services.

Information we may collect

  • Account data such as name, email, Telegram-linked identifiers, and authentication metadata.
  • Technical information such as app version, Android version, device model, and browser-side diagnostics.
  • Worker-side operational data such as task history, moderation state, device fingerprinting signals, balances, and wallet metadata where relevant.
  • Brand-side operational data such as company profile details, campaign settings, uploaded assets, billing history, and production-order records.

How we use the data

  • To provide account access, dashboard features, moderation, reward logic, and support operations.
  • To protect the platform from fraud, abuse, duplicate participation, and network manipulation.
  • To measure product performance, reliability, and service quality through analytics and operational monitoring.
  • To comply with legal, security, tax, or accounting obligations where applicable.

Sharing and processors

We may share data with infrastructure providers, analytics providers, authentication services, storage providers, or payment-adjacent processors when needed to operate the product. We do not treat personal data as something to sell as a separate business model.

Retention and security

  • We keep data only as long as needed for platform operation, compliance, fraud review, or dispute handling.
  • We use technical and organizational controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, data loss, and service abuse.
  • No internet-connected system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so you should also protect your own account credentials and devices.

Your choices

  • You can request access, correction, or deletion where legally available.
  • You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
  • Some data may still need to be retained for fraud prevention, financial records, or legal obligations even after deletion requests.
