Referral Program Terms

These terms govern bonus accrual for verified activity of invited creators, worker-mode operators, and brands on the KotKit platform.

Last updated: May 15, 2026

1. About the program

The KotKit referral program is an internal loyalty program of the platform. Participants receive KOTS points for verified activity of the creators, worker-mode operators, and brands they invite.

These Terms supplement the KotKit Terms of Use and apply to every platform participant.

2. Eligibility — voluntary and free

Participation in the KotKit referral program is voluntary and free. You do not need to purchase packages, tokens, subscriptions, or devices from KotKit, and no entry payment is ever required.

  • Bonuses are not paid for the mere fact of an invitee registering.
  • Bonuses are paid only for verified activity of invited participants.
  • KotKit does not guarantee any particular bonus volume or income from the program.

3. Activity types and bonus structure

3.1. Invited creator completes UGC tasks. Bonuses are credited automatically for the invitee's approved UGC tasks: 100 KOTS points for the 1st approved task, 300 KOTS points for the 3rd, and 600 KOTS points for the 10th. Cap per invited creator: 1,000 KOTS points.

3.2. Invited operator enables Worker Mode. Bonuses are credited automatically for the invited operator's verified activity per the Worker Mode beta rules. Worker Mode is available to a limited set of participants; the rates and terms are disclosed to participants after Worker Mode onboarding.

3.3. Invited brand runs campaigns. Discretionary partnership bonuses are credited by KotKit based on the brand's actual platform activity. The amount and conditions of partnership bonuses are determined by KotKit on a case-by-case basis.

4. Hold period

Bonuses become withdrawable after a hold period that depends on the bonus type:

  • Bonuses for invited creator activity and partnership bonuses for brands — 14 days from the accrual timestamp.
  • Bonuses for invited operator activity (Worker Mode beta) — 7-day hold plus 60-day vest, in line with Worker Mode rules.
  • Once the hold period elapses, bonuses become withdrawable together with the participant's main balance.

5. Cancellation and forfeiture of bonuses

Bonuses may be cancelled (forfeited) in the following cases:

  • The invitee deletes the publication or the account during the hold period.
  • Abuse, fraud, fake registrations, or collusion are detected.
  • The invitee is blocked for violating platform rules.
  • The invitee's verified activity is later invalidated (for example, the video is removed or fails verification).

6. Anti-abuse and platform integrity

KotKit applies the following measures to protect program integrity:

  • Device uniqueness — each device can be bound to a single account.
  • IP subnet limit — no more than 5 registrations from a single /24 subnet per day.
  • Device-link check — the inviter and invitee cannot share the same device.
  • Pattern monitoring — KotKit analyses suspicious activity patterns to detect fraud schemes.
  • Self-referral (the same participant as both inviter and invitee) is not allowed.

7. Nature of KOTS points

KOTS Points are internal loyalty points of the KotKit platform and are NOT money, digital currency, a security, or a means of payment. Use of KOTS points on the platform is governed by KotKit's rules.

8. Changes to the program

KotKit reserves the right to change the program terms, set limits, modify hold periods, adjust activity criteria, and update anti-abuse checks. Changes do not affect bonuses that have already been credited and not cancelled.
