WORKER TERMS

Worker Mode Terms

These terms govern worker-side participation, device eligibility, approved task flow, moderation state, and reward handling.

Eligibility and device requirements

  • Workers must use compatible devices and valid accounts that meet live product requirements.
  • KotKit may restrict or deny participation if duplicate devices, abusive patterns, or prohibited setups are detected.

Task execution and moderation

  • Rewards depend on verified execution and approved task state.
  • Failed submissions, moderation rejections, or abusive activity may lead to no payout, strikes, or account review.
  • Contest, marketplace, or campaign-specific limits may apply to claims, entries, revisions, or timing.

Rewards, balances, and wallets

  • Worker rewards may be split, delayed, vested, or otherwise shaped by the live reward logic of the platform.
  • Wallet setup and transfer handling remain the worker responsibility once on-chain or withdrawal-linked steps are involved.

Referrals, staking, and rank effects

Worker-side participation may interact with staking tiers, referral rewards, or priority systems, but these mechanics do not override moderation, fraud review, or policy enforcement.

Enforcement

  • KotKit may suspend workers for fraud, manipulation, duplicate participation, unsafe content behavior, or repeat moderation failures.
  • Worker participation does not create an employment relationship with KotKit.

Taxes and compliance

Workers are responsible for any local reporting, tax, or business obligations that may apply to their participation and rewards.
