Terms For Brands And Advertisers

Rules for creating campaigns, funding rewards, ordering production, and using public contest mechanics inside KotKit.

Last updated: March 5, 2026

Eligibility and account responsibility

Brand accounts are intended for companies, agencies, founders, and authorized operators who launch campaign demand on behalf of a business or project.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe, limiting access to trusted operators, and making sure the information in your brand profile stays accurate.

Campaign creation and moderation

  • Campaign briefs, rewards, and public claims must be accurate, reviewable, and consistent with the actual offer.
  • KotKit may reject, pause, or request edits to campaigns that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or incompatible with platform rules.
  • Brands remain responsible for the legality of their offer, prize mechanics, disclosures, and any regional restrictions that apply.

Budgets, balances, and charges

  • Campaign balances are funded before execution and are used to pay worker rewards, contest mechanics, and optional managed production costs.
  • When production orders are confirmed, the final server-calculated price is stored with the order snapshot and may be charged from your brand balance.
  • KotKit may hold or delay payout flows if fraud review, moderation review, or chargeback risk is detected.

Content rights and campaign materials

  • You must have the rights required to use uploaded assets, references, music directions, logos, and any materials shared with workers or production managers.
  • By publishing a campaign, you grant KotKit the operational rights needed to display the brief, moderation state, and public contest information inside the product.
  • Worker-made content and managed production outputs may carry separate permissions or commercial limits depending on the offer you published.

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes

Refund treatment depends on the campaign state. Reserved but unused balance may be refundable, while already approved work, paid rewards, or confirmed production work may be non-refundable.

If a dispute appears around moderation, reporting, or prize delivery, KotKit may temporarily freeze related actions while the case is reviewed.

Brand obligations

  • Do not request unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or prohibited content.
  • Do not use KotKit for spam, manipulation, or fake social proof.
  • Handle taxes, consumer disclosures, contest compliance, and local legal obligations on your side.
